There a guy man Nick that just got out of war and doesn't want to be like his father so he move to the city with a room mate that bailed on him and he living in a crapy house in between mansion and we learn that everyone rude in the city and Nick end up going to dinner and learn Tom is a dick and is dating daisy but we learn that he might be cheating on her when Nick go home he meet his neighbor Gatsby  but we dont know anything about him and he just dissappears.And we also learn that Nick is someone that people open up to but he pushed everyone away but he really interested in Gastby.
